Our regular weekday rate is $120 per night, but you save money with these extra low prices:

Stay 5 consecutive nights and pay $90 per night

Stay 4 consecutive nights and pay $95 per night

Stay 3 consecutive nights and pay $100 per night

Stay 2 consecutive nights and pay $105 per night

Prices are based upon two person occupancy.

No single night stays.  Add 6% Hocking County lodging tax.   You can combine a weekday with a weekend to get the lower weekday price; weekend prices are listed below.  Call for quote.

Rates

~ Rates below are based upon 2 person occupancy

    using one bedroom.

~ For 2 person occupancy, add $10 per night if both

    bedrooms, or one bedroom and the futon, are used.

~ For more guests, add $10 per night per extra guest  (including children, but excluding infants or young children bringing their own bed).

April through Nov.         
Weekends & Holidays:      $150 per night    
Weeknights:                        $120 per night
Weekly:                                $800 per week

Dec. through March
Holidays:                             $150 per night
Non-Holiday Weekends:  $125 per night
Weeknights:                       $100 per night
Weekly:                               $650 per week 

Lodging Tax

 A 6% Hocking County lodging tax will be added to your total amount due.

Cedar Falls.  Don't drop the water bottle!

Policies

  Minimum -  we do require a two night minimum stay  

 Holidays - some may require a three night minimum, so please ask us

  Weekend - Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday

  Weeknights - Sunday through Thursday (Sunday is a weekend when it is part of a Saturday/Sunday 2 night stay)

  Weekly - 7 nights (must include consecutive Friday and Saturday nights -  cannot run Saturday night through the following Friday night)

  Rates are subject to change without notice.  We try to keep this site current but please check with us for accurate pricing

  Occupancy - is limited to a maximum of four people (including children)

  Advance payment of 50% of the total balance, secured with a credit card, is required to make your reservation, with the exception that holiday weekends must be paid in full.   We will also provide a rental agreement which must be signed by the person providing the credit card.

  Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 11:00 a.m.

  Cancellation:

        More than 14 days notice given - full refund

            less a $30 processing fee

        14-7 days notice given and vacancy is not filled -

            50% refund

        14-7 days notice given and vacancy is filled -

            full refund less a $30 processing fee

        Less than 7 days notice given - no refund

  Credit Cards: Visa and MasterCard are accepted

  Restrictions:  Smoking is allowed on the deck; no smoking inside the cottage, & no smoking on the grounds as the woodland setting poses a fire hazard;  guests may not have visitors at the cottage; ATV's can be parked here on trailers but not ridden; no hunting; no illegal drugs; no loud parties. 

  Sorry, we cannot accept pets (For a wonderful "pet friendly" cabin, or if Honey Ridge is not available,  we recommend Marsh Hollow (Marsh-Hollow.com).

Guests making their first return visit receive 10% off our quoted rate for the dates they choose.  We also extend this discount to our guests' family and friends who make their first reservation with us and provide the name of the referring guest.  We cannot combine this offer with other discounts (specials) that already apply.
